Christy Belt Grossman is the CEO & owner of Ops Boss Coaching. 23-years as the COO of The Belt Team (one of the nation’s top real estate teams with over $1 Billion SOLD) and 7 years as Regional Ops Manager for offices in 3 states for a national mortgage company fueled Christy’s passion for raising the bar on the operations side of real estate and is what inspired her to found her company in 2015. She and her team teach and coach around North America. Christy has a unique passion for developing those riding shotgun in leadership positions in real estate. She keeps an elite personal coaching roster and also has an exclusive coaching niche for those who own transaction coordination companies. 

Christy has gathered a team of like-minded, über talented, humbly successful people to join her on her mission to raise the bar for real estate operations staff (or as she prefers to call them, the wizards behind the screen, lion tamers and kitten wranglers – the ops bosses). They include some of the most successful active COO’s in real estate. Ops Boss Coaching has graduated more than 2,000 students from their BE A BOSS class. Christy lives in Vienna VA with her husband of 35 years, Bill Grossman, and her rescue dog Cody (half dachshund, half terrier, – they call him a derrière).
